Exterior Trim & Door Painting in Calgary

Freshly painted trim and doors to bring the outside of your home together.

A fresh look, right down to the details

A fresh colour on your front door, crisp window trim or a newly painted garage door can make your whole home feel more finished. Whether you want to keep the colours you love or try something new, we paint exterior trim and doors throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.

We take care with the preparation and the finishing touches, from smoothing rough paint edges to keeping lines neat around the glass and siding. You can refresh a few areas or include them in a larger exterior painting project.

Exterior trim, front doors & garage doors

Exterior trim painting

Freshly painted trim frames your windows and gives the outside of your home a clean, finished look. We paint exterior window trim, door frames, batten and fascia where the material and existing finish are suitable for painting.

Front & entry door painting

Your front door is a good place to add a colour you love. We prepare and repaint suitable exterior doors, paying attention to the panels, edges and details around the glass for an even finish.

Garage door painting

A garage door takes up a lot of the view from the street. Repainting it can bring it back in line with your trim and siding. We check the door’s material and existing finish before recommending the paint and preparation.

How we paint your exterior trim & doors

Detailed written quote

We look over the areas you want painted, talk about colours and put the work in writing. Your quote explains the preparation, paint products and surfaces included.

Clean, scrape & sand

We clean the surfaces, remove loose paint and sand rough edges as needed. Glass, hardware and nearby surfaces are protected before painting begins.

Prime & paint

We prime where needed and use paint suited to the surface. Care around edges and details helps give a neat finish, with time for the paint to dry between stages.

Clean up & walk through

Once the painting is finished, we remove the coverings and clean up the work area. We walk through the job with you, check the finish and take care of any final touch-ups.

Colours that work together

Your trim and doors don’t all need to be the same colour. A front door can stand out while the window trim and garage door tie in with the rest of the home. Start with your siding, roof, brick or stone, then look at samples outside in both sun and shade.

Planning a bigger refresh? We can include your trim and doors with siding painting or a wider exterior painting project.
