FEATURED wall PROJECT
WALL REPAIRS & WALLPAPER REMOVAL IN KINCORA
This Kincora project transformed blue walls and a wallpapered bedroom into a fresh, neutral interior. The kitchen walls needed extensive patching, while the bedroom’s patterned wallpaper was removed before preparing the surface for paint. After repairs and sanding, the walls received two coats of Cloverdale Super II Eggshell in a light grey colour. The baseboards were also repainted with Cloverdale Ecologic Semi-Gloss to complete the refresh. The photos below show the preparation and finished results in both rooms.

DETAILED WRITTEN QUOTE
We review the rooms, wall condition, repairs and colour changes in person. You receive a clear written quote outlining the preparation, paint products and number of coats, with a fixed price for the agreed scope.
PROTECT & PREPARE
Floors and furnishings are covered, and switch and outlet plates are removed. We fill nail holes and minor dents, sand rough areas and repairs, and clean surfaces as needed so the walls are ready for painting.
PRIME & PAINT
Repairs, bare areas and stains are primed as needed before two finish coats are applied. We brush carefully along ceilings, trim and corners, then roll the walls for even coverage and a consistent finish.
CLEANUP & WALKTHROUGH
Coverings are removed, switch and outlet plates are reinstalled, and work areas are cleaned. We inspect the finished walls with you, address any final touch-ups and make sure the agreed work is complete before payment.

We provide a free in-person estimate with a fixed price for the agreed work. Ceilings, trim and doors can be quoted separately.
Yes. Our preparation includes filling nail holes and minor dents, sanding repairs and priming where needed. Larger holes, damaged drywall or extensive repairs are assessed during the estimate so the work required is clearly included in your quote.
We use quality wall paints from Benjamin Moore and Cloverdale. The product and sheen are selected for the room, wall condition and cleaning needs. Eggshell is a popular choice for everyday living spaces, while washable matte finishes offer a softer appearance. We can help you choose a suitable finish during the estimate.
Please remove pictures, decorations, breakable items and small belongings from the rooms being painted. Larger furniture can usually be moved away from the walls and covered. We’ll discuss any heavy pieces and access requirements with you before the job so you know exactly what to prepare.
